AV Ridgecrest Chapter -- Board Meeting has moved: Ridgecrest Chapter Board Meeting has moved to Dennis and Debby Linck’s home.  Food and drink at 6:00 PM and the Board meeting will begin at 7:00 PM.  Board meetings are open to all members, but we do request non-board members contact the hosts so they can plan accordingly.

AV Ridgecrest Chapter -- Tiger Bar Lunch ride: "As passed at our Chapter meeting, the originally planned Tiger Bar weekend was instead turned into the Tiger Bar Lunch ride on Saturday, 16 August.  Plan is to go up 395 with stops in Lone Pine (Lee’s) and Bishop (gas).  We’ll scoot up the lower Rock Creek rd, a nice diversion from the normal Sherwin grade blah..blah accent into the high country, jumping back on 395 for the run to June Lake for some chow at the world famous Tiger Bar and Café (http://www.thetigerbarcafe.com/).  After lunch we’ll ride around the June Lake Loop with a stop at Silver Lake for a quick group photo. From there we’ll jump back on 395 and head south with stops in Bishop and Lone Pine for water/gas/potty…whatever ya need! The entire route is ~395 miles – so it’s a full day folks, and being mid-August it’ll be warm on the return leg! If you think you want to tame the Tiger, be sure to ***respond to this email*** so I can give the fine folks at the Tiger Bar a headcount."
