Big Bear Choppers complete info (Go...)

The Big Bear Choppers run 3 June 2006, and the hotel booking is TIME SENSITIVE and we have less than a month to book ten rooms.

I’ve enclosed the hotel information on a word document (pdf version) and the BBC poster. I’ll set up the actual run information with meeting time and place later this week, But I wanted to get this info out as soon as possible since the group reservation will expire May 2nd if all the rooms have not been booked.

Ten rooms have been booked on a group rate of $109.00 per night at the Best Western “Big Bear Chateau” 0.8 miles from Snow Summit under the name “Ridgecrest H.O.G.”. Individuals MUST secure their own room on their own card by May 2nd, 2006 or we will loose the rooms. Please email Josh Wilkerson at josh1533@mchsi.com to confirm that you have made a reservation. Saturday night after the event Debbie and Josh will host a pot luck Tri-tip BBQ at a condo near snow summit, please indicate if you would like to participate in your confirmation email.

Check-in for the rooms is June 2nd and checkout is June 4th , 2006

Thunder On The Lot, Sunday, 6/11/06. Poker Run from Ridgecrest starts on S. Warner St. at the Boys and Girls Club next to Penny Pool. Sign ups are from 7am (0700) to 9am (0900). The second stop is in Rosmond, then the Harley shop, and last at the Park. We will have maps at the sign up desk. If you can please attend as money is coming to R/C Boys and Girls club this year. Help support these kids as they are our own home town guys and gals. See you all at one or all of
these events.

CANCELED: AVHOG of Lancaster Board Members are NOT coming to Ridgecrest for a BBQ! 6 PM at 916 N. Siera View (pool party at Stan's mother-in-law's home). All members are welcome.
