decided to ride in Tommie's Saturn convertible.
So Clint gave Tommie a ride back home to retrieve the "cage".
to the Wagon Wheel...HWY395...to Inyokern...
and to the theater on The Triangle.
This is where we're overcome by events!...
Tommie picks up Barb in Tommie's Saturn...
and Stan starts his bike to join the others.
But Stan's bike is coughing and dying. BAD GAS?
So staggers home...enough ahead of Barb and Tommie
that they don't see Stan leaving the ride.
Clint and others notice that Stan and
Tommie's Saturn
are not coming up in the rear...and stop on County Line Road.
Barb and Tommie don't see Stan leaving
the ride
and they take a short cut...
driving straight to East Ridgecrest Blvd.
At the corner of E. R/C Blvd...Barb and Tommie
see some of our biker group at the corner.
But Anne and Bobby aren't any longer in the lead.
By now...Anne and Bobby had ridden south on
County Line Road to see why the remainder of the group had stopped..
No Stan...no Barb and Tommie...is why
we stopped.
So Barb and Tommie went looking for Stan.
After finding him at home...they all eventually drove directly to the
theater...
arriving just after the bikes that took the ride.
PHEW!
I know...Too Much Information (TMI)!!!!!

NO STAN...AND NO BARB NOR TOMMIE....
since time has been lost with the missing Stan fiasco!

The rest of the fun evening was uneventful...
happening as planned!
